At Revive we have decided that putting our patients first should be above profit. To ensure we can do this we are out of network with all insurance companies. As healthcare has gone down the drain there are 2 major contributors; health insurance reimbursement rates requiring providers to see at least 1 patient every 30 minutes, often doubling up your session with other patients. Our approach ensures optimal outcomes, less time wasted, and a family atmosphere at Revive Spine and Sport. We specialize in those who have already failed conservative care and heavily rely on Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy to guide our treatment principles.

Taylor is a man of family and faith. His experience as a clinic director in the corporate world drives his insatiable desire to connect to his patients, quickly becoming a friend to all. He is always striving to be an advocate for our Revive family. He is currently attending McKenzie courses to add to and sharpen his tools. His advanced certifications ensure you are in the best possible hands.
Amanda Kurtz
Pelvic Floor, Doctor of Physical Therapy
Amanda is married to our very own Dr. Taylor Kurtz. She realized the extreme lack of knowledge surrounding pelvic floor therapy and set out on a crusade to insight change. Her desire to spread awareness and education ensures that her patients crush their goals and spread the word! She is the mother to an incredible 7 year old daughter as well as a toddler.
